Singer/songwriter/musician/bandleader Aaron Abernathy released his new album, Monologue, at the top of the month and early reviews have been positive. To celebrate the new project, Aaron and his band Nat Turner will perform at the Monologue Album Release Show in Washington, DC on Thursday, October 20th. DC hotspot Tropicalia will be the site of the festive occasion as Ab's family, friends and fans come out to turn up to the funky soul sounds that will be played. Abernathy's fellow Howard University Bison who'll be in town for homecoming are also invited to come through and enjoy some live music from one of their own.
