FKJ Readies His Debut Album & North American Tour, Plus Gives Us A Peek At His 'Skyline'

French DJ/producer FKJ is gearing up to release his debut album French Kiwi Juice next week and we're pretty excited. With all the work that he's already done – awesome remixes, EP's Time For A Change and Take Off, plus collaborations with SB faves like Jordan Rakei and Bounce-Worthy artist Tom Bailey – it's surprising that he hasn't released a full project sooner. But his penchant for seamless combinations of soul, funk, hip-hop, jazz and electronica lets us know it will definitely be worth the wait.

His latest track "Skyline" further confirms our theory, with FKJ's smooth vocals coasting across a chilled soundscape of whimsical synth, funky bass and infectious beats. While the song's title might conjure up thoughts of late-night views of a big city, the visuals opt for something entirely different by taking us to the countryside. FKJ and co-director Cedric Dubourg give new meaning to the term "biker gang" with this simple, yet engaging video showing the artist and a few friends going on a pre-dawn ride. In addition to the good vibes they're sending through the screen, we're loving this song and those LED-enhanced bicycles as well.

After you enjoy the view of his "Skyline," listen to lead single "Go Back Home" below. Both singles are currently available for download, but look for French Kiwi Juice to hit your favorite streaming service and digital retailers on March 3rd (or pre-order it today FKJ's label Roche Musique). Starting next month, FKJ will be touring the U.S. and Canada in support of the album. He'll be joined by labelmates and fellow Frenchmen Cézaire (who also happens to be the head of Roche Musique) and Daebull. Check the tour listing below to find out when they'll be stopping in a city near you and visit FKJ's website to purchase tickets.
