Michael Jackson Gets Animated Halloween Special & An Unreleased MJ Album Is Going Up For Auction
It looks like the spirit of Michael Jackson will be resurrected this Halloween. MJ's estate has partnered with CBS to produce an animated Halloween special for the network soundtracked by the legend's biggest hits. Umm...OK. The special will follow two millennials, voiced by DOPE's Kiersey Clemons and Lucas Till, as they explore the peculiar This Place Hotel and will also feature the voice talents of Lucy Liu, Brad Garrett, Christine Baranski and more.
In other MJ news, an album containing nine never-heard-before Michael Jackson tracks is set to go up for auction in NYC. The starting bid for the disc, which simply has the word "Bible" written on it in pen, will be $50,000, though the bidding is expected to go for as much as $1 milli. Don't get your hopes up about hearing the music though. Whoever wins the coveted disc won't have ownership rights to the music and won't be able to distribute it.
