Kendrick Lamar Gifts Van To Disabled Fan
Kendrick Lamar is currently touring in support of his hit album DAMN. but he's not letting that get in the way of being an all-around stand-up guy. During a tour stop in Dallas, K. Dot and the TDE crew surprised one of their die-hard fans with a very special gift. Jennifer Phillips, a superfan of TDE, was paralyzed in a car accident in 2006 but has soldiered on despite her circumstances. Last year, she started a GoFundMe to get a specialized van to make it easier for her to get around. However, thanks to Kendrick, she can close that page as she's now got her van. Phillips took to IG to sincerely think Kendrick and TDE, writing, "Their music and shows were enough for me. But this is amazing and I thank you from the bottom of my heart. I love you all and always will. Thank God for you Kendrick and I will continue to pray for you. And like I said, next time I'm driving myself to your show lol.
