R. Kelly Alleged To Have A 'Sex Cult'

Let's hurry up and get this one out of the way so that we never have to talk about him ever again. A not-so-surprising but nevertheless scandalous bombshell was dropped early in the week when BuzzFeed reported that R. Kelly was allegedly holding six women in a sex cult. Family members of the women involved claim that the self-proclaimed "Pied Piper of R&B" has "brainwashed" the women and that he is "holding them against their will." Former members of Kelly's inner circle back the claims, revealing that the six women live in properties owned by the "Step In The Name Of Love" singer in Chicago and the Atlanta suburbs and that "he controls every aspect of their lives: dictating what they eat, how they dress, when they bathe, when they sleep, and how they engage in sexual encounters that he records." Yikes. Of course, Kelly denies these claims, with his rep telling TMZ, “Mr. Robert Kelly is both alarmed and disturbed by the recent revelations attributed to him. Mr. Kelly unequivocally denies such accusations and will work diligently and forcibly to pursue his accusers and clear his name.” One of the women, Jocelyn Savage, has stepped forward to say that the allegations are unfounded and that she's just fine, but seeing how Stockholm Syndrome works — not to mention R. Kelly's sordid past when it comes to women — we kinda don't believe her and we're sure more will come as this story progresses. That being said, it's safe to say that we are officially done with all things R. Kelly. #HesCancelled
