Usher Finally Addresses Herpes Lawsuits & Claims Accusers Have 'Unclean Hands'

The herpes scandal and legal action surrounding Usher has brought more drama than an episode of The Young & The Restless. But as the story unfolded, it was missing input from one key player — Ursh himself. That all changed this week when the "U Got It Bad" singer finally spoke out against his accusers...well kinda. According to People, court documents were filed by Usher's lawyers — Laura Wassar and Zia Modabber — on behalf of the singer. The documents, of course, deny the allegations and even turn the blame around on his accusers. “Any alleged conduct by Defendant, which is expressly denied, was unintentional,” the filing says, later adding that the plaintiffs “assumed the risk of any alleged harm” by having sexual contact with him (if any contact was had at all). He also says that the accusers have "unclean hands," which People explains means "that they’ve committed some sort of wrongdoing or are liable for an offense themselves." While we agree that it definitely takes two (or more) to boxspring boogie, is it just us or is that the most non-denying denial you've ever heard? Meanwhile, the only accuser who has identified herself, Quantasia Sharpton, claimed that she and Usher made a sex tape of their encounter, that claim was revealed to be a lie from the pits of hell, however. Needless to say, we don't know who to believe in this saga anymore, but we definitely have some questions. #BurningQuestions #QTNA
