Beyoncé Enlists Laverne Cox For New Ivy Park Campaign
Celebrated actress, trans activist and all-around glamazon Laverne Cox cryptically revealed that she was working on a project with her idol Beyoncé. Of course, we all scratched our heads as to what said project could be, but we got our answer on Wednesday when the new campaign for the singer's Ivy Park athleisure line was revealed. Cox is featured front and center in the Autumn/Winter 2017 campaign, which celebrates “the beauty and strength found in our uniqueness," among other models rocking signature looks from the brand. “To be honest, it doesn’t feel real,” Cox told PeopleStyle. “It feels like some weird fantasy that I’ve had since Destiny’s Child. It feels amazing that I get to be a part of this brand that has already inspired me and be working with a woman who has especially been a huge inspiration to me and so many folks around the world.” #TransIsBeautiful
