She's only been killing the music game for a quarter century, no big deal, right? The "Thick Of It" singer was finally given the honor in a ceremony this week, with longtime industry friends like Diddy by her side for the occasion. "I’m so grateful for this star right now because I’ve earned it probably three times," she said during a teary speech. "I say that with confidence and not arrogance. I say it because I know that now, and I know my worth, and what this means." To make the honor even sweeter, it was given to her on her 47th birthday (January 11th).
