Kendrick Lamar & SZA Take Us To Wakanda In 'All the Stars'

Kendrick Lamar is on a mission to make Black History Month as black as onyx with the release of the music video for "All The Stars" from Black Panther: The Album. The TDE rapper debuted the SZA collaboration at the top of January and now we finally have the stunning visuals to feast our eyes on. Directed by Dave Meyers & the little homies, the video is what ankara fabric, kente cloth and Wakandan dreams are made of.

The two shine bright in the video that starts with K. Dot standing in a boat with a sea of people of color serving as the waves. He's soon seen entering a worship service, but all eyes are on him. The scene then cuts to SZA who is getting her life while dancing among the stars in a colorful galaxy that compliments her skin tone and enhances her inner glow. We head back to a village, likely in Wakanda, to see Kendrick flanked by his court of extraordinarily dressed dandies and dancers providing their best African moves. Once we get to the middle of the clip, SZA's scenes provide all the color, with the songstress singing atop vibrant patterns surrounded by dancers dressed in pink feathers and later immersed in an electric blue jungle dressed in a matching swimsuit.

Towards the end of the almost four-minute video, both though SZA and Kendrick don't appear together, they end up in the same gold atmosphere surrounded by African royalty. The video appropriately ends with a zoom-in of SZA's up-do, which is shaped like the continent of Africa. If that ain't black, we don't know what is.
