Childish Gambino To Go On First Concert Tour With Rae Sremmurd

Although he's threatened that he's retiring his Childish Gambino alter ego and is promising to only release one more album under that moniker, Donald Glover isn't hanging up his mic just yet. The multihyphenate has a lot going on with the second season of Atlanta recently premiering on FX and roles Solo: A Star Wars Story and The Lion King on the horizon, but after winning his first GRAMMY Award in January, Childish Gambino is sticking around for a little longer. At least long enough to go on tour in support of "Awaken, My Love!".

Childish Gambino has announced that he's embarking on his first concert tour later this year, and he's bringing rap duo Rae Sremmurd on the road with him. The artists will traverse North America for the entire month of September, kicking things off in Glover's hometown of Atlanta, Georgia. From there, they'll hit major U.S. and Canadian cities such as Chicago, Toronto, New York City, Houston and Los Angeles, to name a few, before wrapping in Vancouver.

After seeing Childish put his thing down live on stage on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon and on the GRAMMYs with a stellar performance of "Terrified," we cannot wait to see what magic he makes on tour. If you can't wait either, then you're in luck because pre-sale tickets go on sale on Tuesday, March 6th on If you need to wait until payday, then Gambino's got you covered with the general public ticket sale starting on Friday, March 9th also on his website.
