Legends came out to play at the 2018 Jazz In The Gardens Music Fest, among them Smokey Robinson. The iconic artist came through with his prolific catalog of ballads and straight grooves that kept the audience crooning and dancing along for his entire set. Robinson got the crowd going with songs like “Tracks of My Tears,” “Just to See Her” and hits he wrote for The Temptations, such as “The Way You Do The Things You Do” and “My Girl.” Happy fans sang along as the all red-clad, leather pants-sporting Robinson moved his hips and pelvis like an extra from Magic Mike. Smokey had swag and grown and sexy appeal for days. At the end of his set, folks had to come and get their aunties and grannies, and well, some of the youngins, too.
