Tinashe & Offset Take Their 'Drama' To 'The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon'

Heralding the arrival of her long-awaited, long-delayed, long-plagued sophomore album, Joyride, Tinashe and Cardi B’s baby daddy Offset paid a visit to The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. Always a great performer, Tinashe and company gave an amazing performance of lead single “No Drama.”

Tinashe, wearing a black hat with an oversized brim and a black leather dominatrix-inspired outfit, strutted her stuff across the stage with four male dancers. The dancers are dressed in long black leather raincoats with white umbrellas. Against a dark stage with purple lighting, they popped, locked and dropped it. Ducking and dodging Nicki Minaj’s pleas for him to address her beef with Cardi, Offset came through to deliver his bars and adlibs in a red Coogie sweater. He played his part and quickly left the stage so the dancers could continue to give you what you came for. The set ended with an overly excited Jimmy Fallon shouting, “Oh my goodness! Oh my goodness! That’s how you do it! Yassss! You better werque! Where are my edges?” Okay, we might be exaggerating, but Mr. Fallon was definitely here for Ms. Kahsingwe.

Speaking of being here for Tinashe, her album Joyride is finally available in stores and online for streaming. The album features guest stars Future, Ty Dolla $ign, French Montana and an amazing appearance by Little Dragon on the track, “Stuck With Me.” While we haven’t done a deep dive into the project yet, we have hopes that the R&B starlet has a great mix of pop hits and heady, wavy tracks to vibe out to. If you've taken the joyride, let us know how it is and press play below to peep her late-night performance.
