DJ Spinna is a legendary DJ, so when word broke that he'd landed in the hospital recently, it spread through the industry like wildfire. Spinna had to undergo emergency surgery for a ruptured appendix. Though he's now fine and recovering from the ordeal, the sudden development caused him to have to cancel a few gigs, his friends set a GoFundMe page with a goal of $60,000.
