MNEK Comes 'Correct' Before The Release Of His Debut

We're just a week out from MNEK finally releasing his much-teased debut album Language, but he's not done with giving us tastes of what's to come. He's already dropped off hot singles like "Tongue." "Colour" and "Crazy World." Now, before he reveals his debut to the world, he's offering another listen with his latest single and visual "Correct."

"Correct" offers an even sassier side of the pop singer-songwriter as he lets us know exactly who he is. "Come correct / The wait is over, you're now rockin' with the best," he sings at the song's start. "Come correct /Get with the finesse 'cause you ain't seen nothin' yet." From there, he flexes while listing his pedigree which includes clever references to Aretha Franklin, reefer and his muy caliente pen game. While he's giving us straight facts, he amps everything up for the visual. Backed by dancers and a few extras, he shows us a bit of his fly while flexing against a royal purple background. He takes the time to show us all facets of his personality as he dances up a storm, gets his nails did and even sits upon his throne like the boss he is. And then, when it's all said and done, he even offers a bit of schooling as he teaches the proper way to pronounce his name.

Language has been on our must-get list for quite some time and "Correct" just solidifies that this will be a fun listen. Check out the clip below and learn just how you should step to MNEK.
