Kehlani's Got A New Mixtape & Album On The Way
With Kehlani being an expectant mother, the only special delivery we were expecting from her is a bouncing bundle of joy. It turns out that the "Keep On" singer has other plans, though. The singer revealed that she has a mixtape on the way on Instagram this week with a caption on a selfie. She then took to IG Live to give details about what's coming next. "I'm clearly going through a very serious journey that is influencing my music, so the music that is going to come before that is fun and nice, so I'm excited for that," she said. She then added later, "The album is very emotional, so just know that the mixtape is fun, it's nice....Think of it as like a holiday gift so that when I go on tour I can perform both the album and the mixtape." She also made it known that she's sticking with R&B this go 'round, saying, "I'm not making no more pop songs on you hoes. I'm over it. You're not getting a pop record from me, boy, and if you do, just know it wasn't my fault." Looks like 'Lani has got some fire coming our way soon. #NewKehlani
