Cardi B's 'Invasion Of Privacy' Named Best Album Of 2018 By TIME

The much-ballyhooed drama with Nicki Minaj aside, 2018 has been the year of Cardi B. Her debut album was one of the most successful releases this year, so you already knew that Invasion Of Privacy would make it on some year-end lists. However, most folks didn't expect it to land at the very top. That's exactly where the album sits on TIME's year-end list of the best albums. Though the on-the-rise rapper — who will also be a judge alongside Chance The Rapper and T.I. for Netflix's hip-hop competition show Rhythm + Flow —  is at the top, she certainly doesn't lack quality company. Janelle Monáe's Dirty Computer comes in at the No. 2 spot while pop stars Robyn and Camila Cabello also make the cut. Congrats, Cardi! #CardisBestYearEver
