Kanye West Donates $150K To Family Of Slain Chicago Security Guard
We've written off Kanye West off as a lost cause ever since he started reporting live from the sunken place about his worldview and support of #45. However, there may be hope. Yeezy has recently been putting his money where his mouth isn't, especially when it comes to his hometown of Chicago. In light of the recent tragic shooting death of Jemele Roberson at the hands of Chicago Police, Ye donated $150,000 to his family's GoFundMe campaign. The donation was 15 times the family's initial ask of $10,000 and brings the grand total brought in to $300,000.
