Anthony David and songstress Mylah get comfy and cozy in the music video for "Booed Up." The pair revisit the song from David's 2016 release The Powerful Now for this long overdue visual. Anthony and Mylah give us cute couple vibes just in time for booed up season aka winter.
Directed by Konee Rok and filmed on location in Chicago, we watch as Anthony and Mylah visit some off-the-beaten-path spots to do regular degular couple things. They meet up at a record store, get silly while singing together and later head to get some Jamaican food. We also watch them head to the movies and play in the snow, with the sweet mid-tempo single playing in the background. "We're supposed to be making each other breakfast in bed / We're supposed to be pillow talking, telling what's on our mind / We're supposed to be booed up," they sing. At the end of the video, they rock a concert stage performing on a bill with Kindred the Family Soul.
We're glad that Anthony decided to blow the dust off of "Booed Up" and give us a visual for the fan favorite. While we're giving him props, today just so happens to be Anthony David’s birthday, so it’s a perfect time to show the track, video and artist some love.
