Legendary ATLien Big Boi has been quite busy these days. He capitalized on all the clamor that resulted from his acceptance of an invitation to perform at the halftime show for this year’s Super Bowl with the release of two new singles, "Doin’ It" with Sleepy Brown and "Return of the Dope Boi" featuring Killer Mike and Backbone. Following his short but sweet Super Bowl LIII performance, the legendary Sir Lucious Left Foot announced plans for the Dungeon Family Reunion Tour. Those of us who were lucky enough to watch the groundbreaking collective reunite at the 7th Annual ONE Musicfest in Atlanta back in 2016 know that this promises to be a show any true lover of hip-hop does not want to miss.
Though the ever-evasive Andre 3000 is not listed on the line-up, we do know that Daddy Fat Sax will be joined by Dungeon Family members Sleepy Brown, Goodie Mob, Organized Noize and KP the Great. The tour will hit 10 cities and kicks off in Chicago on April 14th before wrapping up in Asheville, NC on April 27th. Along the way, they'll hit major cities including Nashville, New Orleans, Atlanta, D.C. and Philadelphia. There are no West Coast dates listed, but maybe the fellas will add some into the mix.
