Avery Wilson Is All About The Turn Up In 'WassTheMove'

Avery Wilson might be young, but you best believe he's ready...for the weekend, that is. At least that's what the video for his single "WassTheMove" would have you believe. The club-ready banger, lifted from his latest EP FYI, has the singer showing a different side of himself as he asks the universal question: Where the party at?

Judging by the track's video, the party is right there with him. The clip takes us through Avery's night, from a brief montage of him getting to finally hit the dance floor and turning up. A lot of the rising star's skills are showcased here, as well. He proves to be a pretty good dancer in the choreographed scenes and his talk-singing throughout hints that Avery might be able to spit a hot 16 or two if needed. What's surprisingly not showcased, though, are his vocals. While we know the boy can blow, he barely gives us anything to indicate that until three-fourths of the way through the song. It's a sweet little break, but we're not sure if it's enough to differentiate it from the other songs in the ever-growing Trap & B songbook.

All that being said, this is without a doubt a fun video that has us ready to hit the town. Find out "WassTheMove" when you peep Avery Wilson's latest video below.
