Ceraadi Gets The Holiday Party Poppin' In 'Christmas With You'

LA duo Ceraadi wants to help you get into the holiday spirit with their new single “Christmas With You.” After delivering the gift that keeps on giving with their debut EP Ceraadi’s Playlist, sisters Emaza and Saiyr are bringing a little heat for your seasonal functions that is sure to get the party started.

“Christmas With You” is an uptempo jam that takes inspiration from ‘90s Atlanta bass songs. In fact, it wouldn’t be out of place on one of the LaFace or So So Def Christmas albums that came out during that decade. Emaza starts things off, singing over jingle bells and a guitar. "Won’t ask for much / Cause you’re all that I really need," she sweetly sings on the first verse before the beat drops in and Saiyr comes through to get the party started. From there, the track transforms from a slow jam into a bass-heavy number perfect for twerking and/or two-stepping. Saiyr continues to hold things down on the second verse, flipping lyrics from Ludacris’ “What’s Your Fantasy” in her rap while channeling a little bit of Left Eye from TLC’s “Sleigh Ride.”

The camera-ready sisters bring the song's sass and sauce alive in the "Christmas With You" music video. We find the duo at home baking Christmas cookies and twerking around the kitchen. The fun doesn't stop there, as they throw what looks to be the holiday party of the season complete with hella people, beer pong, ugly sweaters, dancing and, of course, more twerking. The only thing missing is someone’s boo, but thankfully the sisters have each other, which is more than enough.
