Tinashe Hits The Tokyo Streets In 'Save Room For Us'

Tinashe really came into her own with the release of her first indie set Songs For YouShe's also taking advantage of the fact that, now that she's free from label constraints, she can drop visuals for any track she chooses. Fresh off releasing a clip for "So Much Better," Nasty 'Nashe is taking us to the Land of the Rising Sun as she storms the streets of Tokyo in the video for "Save Room For Us."

At the beginning of the video, we hear the voice of Tinashe as she invites us to "see what I see, feel what I felt." When then get a few scenic shots of the singer as she makes her way around Tokyo. She's singing the track as she strikes a few cute poses with more than a few Japanese friends amid a host of camera tricks and glitchy effects. But because this is a Tinashe clip, we also get moments of dance. She and her friends cut a few mean steps and she even shows off her twerking skills just in case these other chicks forgot she can do the damn thang when needed.

We're loving how much freer and happier Tinashe seems now that she's gotten control over her artistic path. We should also note that this clip is marked as the "Tokyo Visual." Could there be more clips for this track arriving soon? Whatever happens, we hope it all means that we'll be seeing much more of Tinashe and her talent in the near future.
