Lion Babe, of course, has been keeping things hot no matter the season thanks to their recent mass release of music videos and their Around The World At Home virtual tour that saw them performing for fans across the globe. Just before the world went haywire, they also dropped a cover of Nelly's "Hot In Herre." Now the duo has combined their virtual tour and new single, giving us a "live" version for the song's official music video.
The pair appear bathed in red light in the clip as they get ready to turn the temperature up a few degrees. They don't make us wait long, either with the pair getting right to business as interesting camera edits cause them to change outfits right before our eyes. Singer Jillian Hervey walks the balance between sexy and funny as she performs, with her expressions and movements indicating how much of a good time she's having. Astro Raw meanwhile plays the back on guitar. That is, until he steps front and center to rip a guitar solo that closes out the video before everything fades to a starry backdrop.
Lion Babe is always a good time, whether live or on Memorex. We're more than grateful that they've taken their time and talents to keep us entertained while we've all been on lockdown.
