Salaam Remi, D-Nice & Teedra Moses Bring The Heat With 'Black Love'

Last week, D-NiceSalaam Remi and Teedra Moses had us grooving and feeling the love with their '90s-inspired collaboration "Black Love." Now the trio is back with an official video, providing us even more reason to keep crushing on this carefree summer jam.

Directed by Salaam and Tatiana Crooks, the visuals help us escape the monotony of quarantine living with gorgeous aerial shots of a sunny day at Black Love Beach. Teedra, looking sun-kissed and glowy, is a whole mood as she enjoys the ocean breeze. She's not the only one taking advantage of the weather as a crew of fly roller-skaters show off their moves and their summer styles. Meanwhile, D-Nice opts to keep it hot indoors as he spins some heat on the 1's and 2's from Club Quarantine. Of course, "Black Love" wouldn't be complete without a few fun-loving couples to rep the song's theme and show that our relationships are out here thriving.

The clip also serves as an announcement of Salaam Remi's upcoming album title, Black On Purpose. The project, which includes the previously-released single "Is It Because I'm Black" (featuring Sandra Bland, Anthony Hamilton, Black Thought, Cee-Lo Green, Syleena Johnson and Stephen Marley), is also an extension of Remi's Black On Purpose community organization.
