Little Simz & Cleo Sol Celebrate And Slay With 'Woman'

As she prepares to release her forthcoming album Sometimes I Might Be Introvert, British beauty Little Simz makes a bold declaration of women empowerment with her latest track. Simply titled “Woman,” the ultra-talented rapper, singer and actress uses the spirited single to issue a worldwide shoutout to women of all nationalities and walks of life. Fellow UK songstress Cleo Sol joins her once again on the hook and highlights feminine strength and resilience singing, “I love how you go from zero to one hundred / And leave the dust behind, you’ve got this / All action, no talk.”

For the accompanying video, co-directed by Little Simz and Jeremy Ngatho Cole, an array of ladies of all hues and backgrounds were gathered to simply slay. We spy cameos of striking beauties including models Jourdan Dunn and Sienna King and singers Denai Moore, Miraa May and Joy Crookes. Set in an ornate mansion, the lavish backdrop pales in comparison to these queens, as they command every frame of this stunning capture. Clearly drawing inspiration from the sheer magic every woman possesses, Little Simz says, “I love it when I see women doing their thing and looking flawless; I’m here for that! It’s empowering, it’s inspiring; I wanted to say thank you and I wanted to celebrate them.”
