The new year is going to bring a lot with it. That includes a new album from Queen Of Hip-Hop Soul Mary J. Blige. The industry vet gave us a taste of what's to come earlier this month when she dropped her two new singles "Good Morning Gorgeous" and "Amazing." We've already received a video for the former, and now it's a party as Mary J. pulls out all the stops in the visual for the latter.
If we're being honest, we weren't necessarily feeling "Amazing" upon first listen. Despite our lackluster feelings toward the song, the video gives us everything we could want from a visual. It's all bright lights and big balling as Mary and featured guest DJ Khaled party it up with homies like Misa Hylton, Diddy, her sister and many more. As the party takes us poolside, the Sun Goddess wine flows, neon lights glow and the crowd goes off to the groove. The songstress also makes sure to make everything look that much flyer with enough dancers, outfit changes and pyrotechnics to fill a big budget studio film.
The video is almost fun enough to get us into the song. While it didn't quite achieve that feat, it does have us anxious to see what Mary J. Blige will be bringing when she brings Good Morning Gorgeous the album to us on February 11th. Get into Mary J.'s party life when you peep "Amazing" below.
