Tell Us How It Is, Will You?

With so many soul and soul-ish albums dropping this week, your Friendly SoulBounce Editors are jive overwhelmed. But let us not overlook the release of a Goin' Home: A Tribute to Fats Domino. It's a 30-track 2-CD set where contemporary artists from across the board re-imagine Domino's classics. Ben Harper, Joss Stone, Corrine Bailey Rae, and Lenny Kravitz are featured, just to name a few. I had to post this out of respect and acknowledgment, and also so you guys would know we aren't 100% consumed with Jill Scott all the time. So if you happen to get it, tell us how it is, will you?

Butta, if you meant "I need! I need!" then I totally agree, but for Ben Harper! I fell in love with him after seeing him perform at Bonnaroo, when I explicitly went to see Manu Chao! However, their music shares qualities that I like and speaking of which, Manu has a new album out called "La Radiolina!" check it out here: http://www.tourdesign.com/eads/2007/manuchao/new/manuchao_ecard.html
