For all of you rabid for a new Gnarls Barkley album (like me), salvation is coming. For the time being, however, you will just have to do with this promising new track whereby Cee-Lo implores the children to "run for your life" over an uptempo Danger Mouse track. I'm not sure if he's referring to a giant lizard from outerspace who's terrorizing a bustling metropolis or if he wants the youth to run to their local music retailer as soon as their April album, The Odd Couple, is released. One thing, however, is for sure: this track with its 60's sound reminiscent of "Smling Faces" is the perfect bridge from St. Elsewhere to whatever melodic surprises this talented twosome has in store.
