Video: Pharrell Officially Premieres N*E*R*D's 'Everyone Nose' in Louis Vuitton Ad
The Blason Fine Jewelry collection was created in part by Pharrell Williams under direction from Marc Jacobs for Louis Vuitton. I feel so poor watching this video that I couldn't even afford to buy enough vowels for the previous sentence. And maybe I'm not supposed to, since regular people clearly aren't the target demographic here. How many harcore hipsters, skaters and N*E*R*D fans are going to rush out to buy this stuff? Exactly. Also, I don't think "Everyone Nose" could be edited enough to truly suit the vibe of the imagery.Tags: nerd, pharrell williams

I could get better gold juree from Fulton Mall in Brooklyn. And, I can get it customized.
Now where's my Gucci link bracelet?
Ill Mami | January 28, 2008 10:27 PM | PermalinkI once read that LV is for poor people. The statement was half-joking. But I guess it's kinda true -- since some of those "without" will spend foolishly to fake it til they make it.
LV is so played and tacky. Logo-covered items are in general. *gives Coach the side-eye*
rkj | January 28, 2008 4:22 PM | PermalinkI don't get it. How's any of this in keeping w/N.E.R.D's whole skater boy image? Before I even get started on more crass $$$ at any cost and ridiculous "lifestyle" b-s being pushed, I'll just let this go.
Danielle | January 28, 2008 1:52 PM | PermalinkUmm....yeah...I'll get right back to ya on that Pharrell.
AntBee | January 28, 2008 1:32 PM | PermalinkI, for one, will not forgo paying my heating bill in Winter, nor electric bill in Summer, to buy this overpriced status symbol juree. Clearly this stuff is targeted toward those who don't have to make a choice between food or medicine, surely it is, isn't it? I mean, why else would LV use a well-known Hip-Hop artist/producer and their('cause Chad's somewhere in the background) newly released single to introduce this new line? Let me stop...
