Hearing About Diddy Making You Sick? Time for a B.I.G. Intervention
Tired of hearing about Tupac getting shot like it happened yesterday? Tired of hearing Diddy deny he knew anything about the incident before or after it happened? Yeah, us too. So thank goodness we can all retreat to a time when, sure mo' money meant mo' problems, but it was still fun while worrying about it. Enter DJ J Period whose Notorious B.I.G. tribute dropped recently to coincide with the eleven year anniversary of his death. The Official Collector's March 9 Vol. 2 Mixtape also features DJ G Brown on the help-out and features more gems that last year's original volume 1 didn't include. Expect the best of B.I.G. mixed with some of your favorite old school jams from The Gap Band and Mary Jane Girls with updated remixes of recent jams like the opening "Juicy" set to Kanye's "Flashing Lights" beat. This is by far the best professionally done, clear sounding studio mix taped EVER. This joint is waaaay better then anything DJ Vlad put out, which until this was probably the best.
