First Spin, House of Soul
Come Into Glenn Lewis' House
The track is produced and co-written by the Legendary Terry Hunter and is released on his T's Box label. It also features some work from DJ Jazzy Jeff on the keys, but it's Glenn's vocals that really shine. The original version of the song is good, but the Muzikman Edition Remix is pure dance floor hotness. Now if you'll excuse me, I can't type and soul clap at the same time.

This tune by Glenn lewis is simply wicked! Glenn in my opinion is the most underated vocal artist around right now & his voice is one of the best i've ever heard & i would say compares to a certain legend-Stevie Wonder.

Hey folks, thanks for the kudos. I'm the guitarist on this track. We had a blast making it. Glenn's instrument is truly amazing - we could have gone almost anywhere with the track and it would have sounded incredible. Mega props to Muzikman aka DJ3D for murdering the production on this mix and Terry and Jeff for absolutely killing the original. All good!
GBAttle | May 27, 2008 11:46 AM | PermalinkOh my gosh, He sounds just LIKE Stevie Wonder on this...Scary in a good way. I always thought that on the song "Do You Know?" the singer Donnie sounded a lot like Stevie, but Glenn is trumping him here.
DH | May 19, 2008 4:52 PM | PermalinkIs it just me or does he look kinda like that comedian Kevin Jackson or whatever (soul plane)? lol sorry. I love Glenn's music. I was chillin on the website for the longest waiting for that second album to come out. I know he sounds a lot like stevie, but he had potential of being an updated stevie. Nobody seems to want to put Stevie in new production, so why not use Glenn. or just let him define himself, shit give him a chance. good looking out.
Al | May 9, 2008 5:16 PM | PermalinkThis guy has got to be my favorite contemporary singer. Its like yes he sounds just like Stevland (Stevie still smokes him though) but thats why Iove his voice so much. I can hear "him" in there somewere. All the other Stevie clones from Musiq on down pale in comparison. He's mastered the backround vocals, harmony parts and not just the runs and stevies way of singing "mind" and "eye's" I play his first album to this day. I've bought 3 of them over the years everytime they scratch..even though its hard as hell to find one.. PLEASE, PLEASE do not allow the "Underdogs" to mess up your sound .. go make peace with Dre and Vidal and put out another classic... No air by Jordin Sparks is what thier music sounds like today.. Please dont mess up your sound.
