Aaliyah's music has truly held up over time. To me, it doesn't sound dated at all.
Her work with Timbaland was really ahead of its time.

So funny this is morning soul, I pulled out this cd last Sunday and have been listening to it non stop. This was a bonafied cd, that gets better with each listen. This cd had great production and great lyrics. Totally underrated, although Rock da boat is bitter sweet.
