Name That Beat: Got It Good
Hey gang! Welcome back to Name That Beat where beat nerds can unite with pride! Last week's sample was Herbie Hancock's "Chameleon." To anyone who has ever heard this track in its entirety will know that many hip hop artists have used this song to create a beat. The portion of the song that was provided, however, was straight jacked, beautifully I might add, by Organized Konfusion for their song "Open Your Eyes." Congrats to DJ Stylus for providing the correct answer in its entirety.
This week's beat is below. To be correct, your answer must include:
- The title and artist of the original track below
- The artist and title of the track that sampled it
Good luck!
