Say what we will about A Keys, she is a stone cold fox (wish Proactiv had worked that well for me) and she has been putting out some damn good videos for that musical sedative she calls an album. I majorly heart everything about this video.

I'm just going to need for her to keep casting Derek Luke so he can stay up out of Tyler Perry's ridiculous Madea coon flicks. Rudy too for that matter.

Michelle, why couldn't you just enjoy the video and the music for what it was/is; a little bit of fun and nostalgia. I loved it, and it's the first time I can actually say that about something from Alicia Keys. I may have to give her another look!

I thought that this was why men think woman are evil. In the video the young man seems his life is involed in something important , more import than some selfish love affair. I think this is whats wrong with Americans. In some cultures, it is cosidered selfish for a young woman to fall in love and I think that the video shows a great example why! I think America could learn alot from the rest of the world.

Ah, I miss the days when "a Spike Lee Joint" was an event in black America. I LOVE School Daze & this video! They even got the classic rolling/walking camera technique that's a trademark of Spike Lee films! The whole vibe of this song/video takes me back to "You Don't Know My Name" Alicia. Just classic SOUL! They should've had Tisha Campbell or Jasmine Guy sitting in the talent show audience as a professor. Good to see Gioncarlo Espisito--I mean, "DEAN!! Big Brotha ALMIGH-TEE!" though. F*ck a Lil' Wayne and his "lil" lollipop. So far, this is THE BEST video & song this year!

Not bad, like the Spike Lee vibe

I dig the clip. It feels like the 80's when video artists weren't really expected to look like they were singing/playing the instruments. I think what we gained in more dramatic singing, we lost in cool video concepts.

This was the only song I really like on As I Am.LOL the first/last part are so cheesy!I got to say when I saw the stills to it, I was like I don't know.I do like her hair too!

Cute clip. Lovin' the door-knocker earrings and "Antwone Fisher" making the scene. I swear, every time I see Derek Luke, I keep waiting for him to say, "Who will cry for the little boy ...?" lol

Alicia is one of the top 3 women alive on God's green earth. I like the way she carries herself, not all tits and ass and sliding down some pole. Classy is the new sexy ladies, cover up:)
