Busta Rhymes Defiles 'Love Thirst' Like Only He Can
Busta Rhymes, however, like Idle Warship's wish for a certain someone to fall back, seems incapable of being inconspicuous to the rap game. The last time he put out anything of quality was when he released his first album, The Coming. Since then it's been an onslaught of screaming and posturing that continues to seem out of place for a 36-year-old man.
The irritation quotient that Busta seems intent to increasing has now reached it's apex on the remix to Jean's "Love Thirst." While Jean relied on innuendo to express how she wanted to show her love, Busta relies on X-rated lyrics to tell us that his girl's "coochie's sweeter than a mocha frappuccino," which sounds like that could lead to a Monistat-7 situation. Furthermore, Busta let's his beloved know that "if it ain't the weed and it ain't the Henny, baby girl you be making me so high." Is this a compliment? And if so, in which ghetto? Needless to say, I don't think Jean authorized this remix. Take a listen for yourself, and do yourself a favor and wear some headphones if you're at work.

Peanut | May 27, 2008 11:46 AM | PermalinkReaders of this site know oh to well that me and Mami have have numerous disagreements over alot of subjects. That said I totally agree with her on this one, Busta steriod taking ass has taken sumptin sublte and sweet and turned it into a uncle luke booty clap song. I mean damn to compare a coochie to a frappachino is just tasteless, I dont think I can EVER drink another one again:) If this was Jeans swan song, what away to go out....frappachino cootchie:)
