It's definitely Atlantic Starr's Love Me Down, but in terms of who sampled it...

I am usually late to these now that i work the graveyard but this one is super tough on the recent usage side. I was thinking method Man.. but thats not it because he used another track from Atlantic Starr and not this one.

I am anxious to see this answer.
