Will You Love Avant's Video 'When It Hurts'?
It's been noted that Avant is returning with a new album this December and a video for the first single, "When It Hurts," has been circulating around the net recently. I finally made the time to watch it, and although I dig the song, I'm not quite feeling the video. Avant looks like he's been working out and things, but his biceps aren't enough
to carry this one. The video started off promising, but the plot derailed midway through and the resolution at the end was just silly. Mayhaps Avant will flex his muscles with a stronger video for his next single.

aighobahi kelvis | December 19, 2008 6:35 AM | PermalinkThe visuals in this video are awesome. The stylist did a great job on the clothes -- I like that Ed Hardy-ish style. But the story line is on some bull-shiznit.
The song is okay; Avant needs a stronger single to match his bulging biceps.
It's a promising start.
