I find anthems about New York City excessively entertaining. Having grown up in Harlem, there will always exist in me a feeling that New York is the center of the universe given its ability to have mostly everything anyone could ever want in a city. While the last anthem I remember swaying back and forth to was from Lord Tariq & Peter Gunz, this one from Q-Tip does give props to the New York Knicks, which every true New Yorker loathes and loves almost equally. Other than some shots of the team, the real reason for my interest in this video is to give those who care some eye candy of The Abstract in case you missed the live stream of his rehearsal this past weekend.
