Is Michael Jackson having the worst year ever or what? Seriously, think about it. He turned 50--and looks it. He doesn't talk to his family. He can hang up any hopes of making Thriller 2.0 because Quincy Jones is through with him. And now word comes that over 2,000 of his personal items will go up for auction next April. I tell you, it's hard on the boulevard for MiJac.
Some of the items on the auction block include his iconic sequined "white-jeweled" glove and the pearly gates to Neverland Ranch. A wide assortment entertainment memorabilia, furnishings and art will go to the highest bidder come Spring. Julien's Auctions will be handling the sale over April 21-25th, 2009, and bids will be taken both in person and online. Jackson is fully on board for this auction and even donating a portion of the proceeds to the MusiCares charity.
So if you had the money--bids are estimated to start at $6,000-$8,000--what would you buy from Michael Jackson's auction?
