It's Official: Keyshia's Change is 'Complete'
So, if you weren't convinced before that change has come to America, taking a glimpse at the new video from the usually sorrowful songstress Keyshia Cole should truly sway you for good. It's true. When she talked about her new album and its title showcasing 'A Different Me', she wasn't playing around. Gone are the tattered tales of heartbreak and cheating, the moribound memories. Hell, even the yodeling. There's also no longer any tear-stained lyrics that made even uplifting songs like "Heaven Sent" sound like distraught dirges. Seriously, Key-Key has officially crossed the love street, y'all, even going so far as showing a *gasp* happy, newlywed couple in her latest video for the song "You Complete Me." Yes, she did! And while I may not be in love with the song, seeing Keyshia smile and actually looking forward to her next relationship is the kind of change we've needed from her. Now if only we could get her mom and sister to cross the street with her...(um, not like I watch the show or anything. *whistling*) Check the clip after the bounce.

FrenchChick | January 25, 2009 6:34 PM | PermalinkI've always liked Keyshia Cole and wished her success...but that God-forsaken reality show is the WORST!!! Every time I've attempted to watch it, it's been nothing but shouting and arguments LOL
I'm glad she's happy & positive though :)
