Welcome Ne'a Posey & Lil' Dave Into Your 'World'

DC and Philly, stand up! Ne'a Posey, one of the DMV's rising soul stars, and DJ Lil Dave, a member of Philadelphia's Illvibe Collective, have teamed up on the track "State of the World," now available on the Bagpack Selects Vol II compilation from Bagpack Records. Ne'a's voice rides Dave's funky broken beat production and makes me eager to hear more from these two. This song reminds me of something that Mark de Clive-Lowe and Vanessa Freeman might cook up.
