even VH1 Soul is slowly but surely being infiltrated (at least not by the reality shows thank goodness) and it breaks my lil heart..And to The Roots, please don't push it back any further!!

say it, Soulrific. i'm right there with you. can't even go into the break room on the job at lunch - the tv stays on VH1. and it's not like that channel can make me forget the damage done by offering up an annual hip-hop legends ceremony. that's far from a reasonable consolation prize...
