Is Usher 'Certified' With This Track?
Oh, Usher. Life has certainly been handing you a hefty dose of reality, my friend. So much so that I almost completely skipped past this track when I came across it. I wasn't sure you could really come with it again the way that you used to when I was hotter, younger, and more willing to listen to the radio. I mean, is it really possible to recreate the magic that Ursher and Pharrell once created? The answer is a resounding yes, and you'll likely agree once you lay ears upon it as well. Plus, this track has been featured as a favorite by a certain DJ duo that know all about fresh new music. All in all, it's a smooth track to two-step to.

Ronald Adams | August 17, 2009 9:54 PM | PermalinkIt's cool, I like it, but I think I would've liked better had it come out around the time as 'Frontin'..musically, vocally, lyrically--every aspect of this song is something I would've been diggin in '02, but I agree that Pharrell and Usher are beyond this sound and need to come a tad harder right now...Almost sounds like a track that could've been on JT's Justified...
miss concrete jungle | July 22, 2009 9:45 AM | Permalinknice song
promeneur | July 22, 2009 6:30 AM | PermalinkThis song is amazing, nice and simple.
Not a bunch of "herky jerky", only can do it in the studio, more rap than r&b, never hold a note longer than a quarter, Clutch style, today's "r&b" vocal arrangement.
Mutada al sader the king | July 22, 2009 3:08 AM | PermalinkSoooo not feeling it. Its very weak in vocal production...beat sounds like a Neptune throwback...fail!
TallChic | July 21, 2009 8:23 PM | PermalinkI like it, but I don't love it....

OzzieOzzieOzzie | July 21, 2009 3:47 PM | PermalinkFairly decent track, but not a certified banger.
Soulrific | July 20, 2009 5:48 PM | Permalinki am not going to say this track is horrible or great. it is ok. nothing i would want to hear again after hearing the first time. with all that is going on in the world and in everyones life i would think that an artist of his caliber could capture some of that passion and making meaningful. something we can feel. this soung sounds like someone handed him some lyrics, pharell pulled out an old track, and user literally read/sang them for the first time. usher is you read this sing something you feel....
