Amateur emo rapper stomping around in too tight jeans conspicuously demanding attention? Play Jose James. Word has it that Jose has a new album coming out this Fall, and luckily we get to peep some of his new joints to avoid the agonizing wait. 'Lay You Down" is jazzy and swingy without resorting to Smooth Jazz sounds that would result in my fleeing for the nearest exit.
