Marsha Ambrosius: In Her Own Words

If you follow her on Twitter, you know how distraught and heartbroken former Floetry member Marsha Ambrosius was when Michael Jackson passed away. However, outside of her thoughts released via the micro blogging site, she never really spoke out about the subject. Or any subject, for that matter. Well, that's all changed as SoulCulture.tv caught up with Marsha during a recent trip to the UK, pinning the songstress down about an array of subjects, including why Floetry broke up, when we'll hear her official debut, and, of course, how MJ caused her "Butterflies" to come to life and how she heard about his passing. It's a great interview and equally great to hear from Marsha directly. Personally, she could have said anything and I'd have listened. She had me with the accent. Check after the bounce for footage from the UK Soul Jam of Marsha's tribute to MJ--a song she wrote for him that was never released called "I Want You To Stay."
