Queen Latifah and Mary J. Blige Warn You About 'People'
Let's be honest: "People," the new collaboration between Queen Latifah and Mary J. Blige, isn't breaking new musical ground. The message could border on trite. I mean, yes, people are people. But listening to how fresh and solid Queen sounds on her verses, and to how effortlessly earnest Mary sounds throughout this track, it's hard not to enjoy this mid-tempo groove. These are two of the most poised and talented women in music, each of whom have earned their place at the top and who have earned the trust of their public. It's hard not to heed their advice and nod along to the beat and in agreement. [H/T: PBB]

Overall, not a bad track.
