Is Maxwell this generation's Marvin Gaye?
Hmmmm. Is it fair to even have that expectation of Maxwell? Not that he isn't capable of reaching or even exceeding 'Marvin-like heights'...I'm sure he could.
I just wonder if the comparison is an attempt to give Maxwell his due props for speaking to us w/ music much in the same way Marvin spoke to my mother's generation...or if Marvin will be the new measure for how we gauge the quality of Maxwell's music?
Either way, interesting topic.
Ah, the Airbrush Gods worked their magic on Whitney's Ebony cover. Even gave some slight definition to her triceps, cause I know Whitney ain't in nobody's gym doing tricep curls and dips. Not even her home gym.
