I used to really love Joe back when he was singing about how "in luv" he was. But it was 1993, and he hadn't yet mastered the fine art of wooing middle-aged women from onstage at international Jazz festivals. Now that he has, I haven't really been checking for him as of late, but that doesn't mean that I'll ever deny that he has talent. It's not every day that someone can claim to sing Maze Featuring Frankie Beverly's "Can't Get Over You." And it's not everyday that this person sings it well. Joe does not disappoint, and I would hope he did not lest he incur the wrath of this writer. Let's not focus on this. Let's instead focus on this track and grown 'n' sexy styled video that looks as though it came from 1995 and Carl Thomas should have been in it. Don't mind my snark. This song is great and New York City looks as lovely as always.
