How I lament having to keep a prior committment on this past July 23rd. Staying true to my word meant that I couldn't remain in Los Angeles to experience a meeting of like minds, namely Bilal and composer Miguel Atwood-Ferguson. No need to cry over any more milk than is truly necessary, especially since I can now enjoy this live cover of Donny Hathaway's "Someday We'll All Be Free" that was recorded at the concert that night. Listening to this song really has marked a high point in my day already. Thanks to SoulUK for the love. Want to see the actual performance? Check the video after the bounce.
