Clearly Raheen DeVaughn, aka Radio Raheem, is living up to his nickname. The DMV
resident and all-around talented singer is scheduled to roll out his newest venture, The Raheem DeVaughn Radio Show, this weekend.
Premiering on June 19th from 7-9 pm EST on internet radio station BLIS FM,
DeVaughn is putting on for his city by featuring a diverse range of topics that will include music,
commentary, health issues, and technology updates. He's no stranger to doing the right thing, as he also
serves as a CDC HIV/AIDS ambassador, which is crucial given the importance of the issue in the DMV.
Based on the acts that transpired in his "Single" video, it's good to know he is an advocate of safe sex at the very least.

Raheem is pumped about the opportunity to share his personal style with his fans. He says: "I have
always enjoyed performing and hosting events, but I also have always had a secret passion for radio.
This will allow my fans to have a personal interaction with me, and see me in a different light." The show
will also feature Deja Perez of DC's WKYS and comedian Skiba, who will definitely bring a good sense of
